A.  It's Infectious
	1.  You've probably seen comics strips or TV shows depicting
	     users who have been on line all night
	2.  The ease at which you can go from site to site is alluring
	3.  If you're a TV channel surfer, you're predisposed to internet
	     abuse, imagine an infinite number of channels
B.  The apparent anonymity can be enticing
	1.  Some providers audit user surfing, others don't
	2.  All sorts of things are readily available on the Web
	     (pornography, etc.), it's easy to find yourself accessing
	     material that you would not normally seek
	3.  Set up methods of time & material accountability
C.  If you are responsible for others (family members, employees) do
      your part to make it difficult for them to access inappropriate
      materials
