		*  Web sites by recognized experts in a field
		*  Government Sites
		*  Commercial Sites placed by Professionals as a public
	                service
	3.  Generally Unreliable Sources
		*  Groups/Individuals with an Agenda
		*  Sites with no information as to sponsors or sources
 C.  Confirming the source
	1.  Often a simple email inquiry will clarify the sponsor or source
	2.  Verification/Recommendation by a source known to be reliable
